The only thing really preventing me from giving you 5-stars is your deposit amount. I travel A LOT and $500 is a very large amount to be requiring, even $250 on credit card is above what I normally see on my stays across the country.

Amazing hotel, Amazing room and Amazing stuff.

Really disappointed in both the best Western and Expedia. Last night was a frightfully cold night and really wanted to use the hot tub only to find out once I got to the hotel that the hot tub and pool were down for an annual maintenance. This is the kind of thing that Expedia should require hotels to report into so us consumers know if we are getting value for our dollar. The best Western was one of the pricier hotels that night and the adjoining Holiday Inn.(where are the best western was sending its guests to use the hot tub there.) was about $20 cheaper.. had Expedia and best Western disclose that they’re hot tub was out of commission. I would’ve booked at the Holiday Inn instead. Like I said, it was a cold night and really wanted to warm up I did not want to mess around with travelling outside after being in a hot tub and potentially getting sick.

We stay here every time we go back home and it’s always great.

We just stayed the night, came in late and left early. Did not use the pool or the breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming,

Breakfast was great, the hot tub is tiny.

Hotel is clean and in good condition. Bed comfort is good - as expected for a 2 star hotel. Shower mediocre but again, as expected. Only annoyance was with breakfast. It was a zoo. I’ve never seen so many people in a hotel breakfast room in my life - and I went a few times thinking I could catch a slower time. Standing room only every time with a line around the room to get food. I ended up walking across the parking lot to Tim’s.

It’s highly recommended! With excellent service. My family will definitely come back!

Great staff clean room

The staff are courteous. The place is clean, but I was unable to sleep. The room's soundproofing is poor, especially at the door. I can hear every time people pass by and every time another room closes its door. The mattress is too hard on my back.

The staff was very efficient and friendly, both at check in and the breakfast staff in the morning. Nice to have lots of towels in the room as well. Room was nice and clean.
