Hotel in a strategic location.... Spacious rooms, good view.

The family-sized room is quite spacious, but the lighting is lacking. In the morning or afternoon, it is bright enough because the curtains are open, but at night the lights are not bright enough. The location is strategic, close to Gamma Supermarket, close to Jalan Macalister where there are many street foods, and also close to the Rapid Penang bus stop. The breakfast needs to be improved. The menu has a lot of variations, but on average the food tastes less than satisfactory. Overall, the hotel is quite okay, what needs to be improved is the room lighting and also the taste of the breakfast menu.

Staff very helpful, you can get free parking if you bring a car, plenty of parking space, and there's a small convenience store near the lobby if you need to buy some stuff. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of food outlets, and close to the bus terminal and mall.

I don't have any pictures for the hotel, but I do have the surroundings. The location was very great. It is very near to the mall, and we could visit a culinary festival nearby. The room was clean and very big. Overall, I enjoyed staying there.

I stayed in Neo+ Penang hotel because it was recommended to me by a friend. I came here with 3 people, and we opted for the family room. Our overall experience was amazing, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast has the best omelet and nasi lemak.

Check-in and check-out were very quick. The staff were friendly, polite, understanding, and responsive to requests for assistance. The rooms were very clean and well soundproofed. The breakfast was suitable, even during Ramadan. The hotel's location is very convenient for tourists, right next to the Top building. There are many restaurants and options nearby.

Overall, the experience was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One minor downside was that it took a few minutes for hot water to come through in the shower. Additionally, it would have been helpful if the staff had briefly informed guests during check-in about the locations of the breakfast venue, fitness centre, and pool, as the directory was not very obvious and was only noticed near the top of the lift.

The staff provided excellent service. The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of the Komtar building.
