The exterior of the hotel was a bit disappointing but the newly refurbished room was very clean and spacious, the staff were great - and so was the breakfast. Not a huge choice but more than enough options and all fresh.

A great place to stay. Everything very clean. Staff were all great and very helpful. Can’t really fault it. Will definitely be staying again.

Love this hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful room. Parking on site or on road for free. If only rooms had a kettle and a bath it would be perfect!

The receptionist did the least she could do while remaining professional and courteous. The room was very small, and in the morning we were told as we hadn't ordered breakfast, we couldn't have it. There is nowhere nearby to buy breakfast. As a aHotels com VIP member, I was told the car park was full, so no free parking, and no room upgrade was offered. Why bother?? Lastly this hotel is a long way from the town centre, actually, it's a long way from anything! This is my first really bad review of any hotel

The receptionist was very pleasant and we were able to securely park our motorbikes and leave protective clothing and bags at noon. We returned later to check in properly and everything went well. The room is comfortable, the bed huge and the roof terrasse stunning. Slight downsides were the quality of the toilet paper and tissues and exterior noises from 6am (we were on the ground floor) Pleasing things were the soft bedding, proper coffee machine, real water glasses and coffee cups and convenient location.

Close to the harbor, hotel with great rooftop (the weather did not allow us to use it), comfortable room and elevator for the luggage!

Lovely weekend in Arcachon, the hotel is less than 5 mins walk to the marina and beach

We had a lovely nights stay here a few nights ago. We were kindly upgraded on arrival and had a room with a balcony which was nice. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the tea/coffee facilities in the room. The roof terrace is also lovely! Would definitely recommend

Great location, easy to walk to the beach. Friendly and easy check in. Room was spotless and comfortable. Great to have blackout shades. It wasn't noisy at all.

Very clean, nice towels and little extras in the shower room. Having a Fridge and kettle was a great bonus. We liked the layout of the room. We especially liked the TV hidden behind the mirror.

Great location of the hotel and all amenities (especially bath/shower was pleasantly new). Walking distance to the ocean-side

The staff were so friendly and helpful , we particularly liked the breakfast. We were expecting just coffee and croissants but got eggs and bacon as well, together with an array of different coffees.
