Delicious breakfast! Great price and friendly staff

Useful location and easy to find with free parking. Lobby was nice - open only to 11 pm though. We had a quad room for a family of 4 - forgot to request that 2 beds be put together so all had singles which was fine but should have thought to ask. Good size bathroom. Didn’t have time to use fitness center but looked nice. Breakfast (included) was fantastic.

Overall good hotel. Only some rooms are obviously smaller than others. It looks weird.

Plus were clean modern place with free parking and free breakfast. Hotel staff was also very nice. Minor issues were small rooms no refrigerator or microwave in the room. And the beds were small but big enough to get a good nights sleep.

Close to the train station, for a15 minute ride to old town Zurich. Very clean, helpful staff. The room is smallish, pretty straight forward. Although plenty of room for the two of us and three large bags. 5 minute drive to airport

The only thing that would have been helpful is knowing you have to put a card in a slot in room to have power lol!

The biggest concern here was the road noise from highway 41, it's very close to the hotel. If you're checking in you'd want to request an even numbered room. We were at odd number room and there is a lot of noise from passing cars. There's a fitness center located in the building ground level that I think you can use. The room itself was fine, the bed was a bit lumpy and you can tell they haven't rotated the mattresses. Maybe forever. The shower was excellent, maybe the best pressure on our trip. They have a large parking lot in front of the hotel if you're driving. The staff is fine, but again they don't present as a staff for a three or four star hotel. Like I mentioned in the other hotels in Iceland, professionalism isn't at the same level as Europe and United States. The breakfast buffet is free, it is decent. But I wish they had a selection of cooked eggs and meat.
