This hotel is awesome. it's next to a river. My room was very cleaned. its family friendly and has a nice swimming pool. What annoyed me was that the reservation said that Breakfast was included, when it was not. I had to pay for breakfast.

Lack of maintenance,water in the pool wasn't running.

The grounds are beautiful- except the road leading to the hotel. The rooms are a tad bit shabby. Just needs updating. But it was clean and cool and the pool is lovely. Food is good.

Hotel was very nice and quiet location. Staff friendly and helpful. No safe in room as listed on Expedia website was only negative aspect for me.

Se reservó para pagar en el hotel pues no me querían dar habitación por qué se les llenó el hotel y mi habitación se ocupó que intentaron hacer cobro sin éxito y le digo pero mi reservación era para pagar a mi llegada no antes y aún así no me marcaron para notificarme que no había habitaciones al final de espera si me dieron una habitación. Pero el mal rato nadie me lo quita

The place looks the same it is in the pics ; it is a big property very spacious lovely pool are with a huge green are next to the river.

Poor service first night we asked for a second coffee mug two person room w one mug second day we didn’t have towels we call the front desk and didn’t receive them until 6 hours later. Made us late for a event we had.😡 rest of our stay was ok
