Everything was fine, but their checkout time required us to leave by 11:35, which other hotels always had was 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM.

The accommodation was okay, good value for money. Food was easy to find, and it's close to Central shopping mall. Overall, it's very good.

So clean and big room, very near to Mini Lotus and 7-Eleven around the hotel area

The hotel was good, but it would be better if they provided more amenities such as toiletries (toothbrush, etc.) and hot water for drinks. During my stay, the room phone was also not working, so it needs improvement.

Best! The room was so clean when I checked in, I requested an extra bed and the receptionist was also nice. Will definitely repeat again in the future 😘.

Clean and comfy rooms for our stay. Good place with reasonable price. Got parking space. If parking full, staff will direct you to park at any available space. There is a road behind hotel that leads to main streets with restaurants and 7-11 stores. Staff are helpful and speaks good English and Malay.

Accommodation is clean, close to shopping malls, convenient, inexpensive, but with one staff member who doesn't look good.

This hotel is an amazing place to stay! The rooms are clean & cheerful. The bed is also comfy and the pillow is thick & fluffy too! There are flat screen TV inside the room with wide channel range (including TV3 Malaysia too). Wifi can also be connected in the room with a given password & the speed is okay. Mineral water will be given according to night of stay and bed will be clean everyday (if you stay more than 1 day). However, no kettle & iron are provided in the room. The hotel also near to Asean Night Market. It is also near to Lee Garden plaza & Kim yong market. Khlonghae floating market also not too far. But, you do need a car to ease you to move around as I don't see tuk tuk around. The location of the hotel is good & very peaceful. No noisy bar is around. There a parking spaces provided for those who drives car and the security guard is very helpful.
