Absolutely loved the hotel. Lots of amenities, the rooms were accommodating and clean. Staff were friendly too

We had a lovely holiday great pool and lovely food and very pleased with air con as it was so so hot. I would definitely return to this hotel

NOT 4 star! 3 star at very best! A couple of Reception staff ( short guy with Muscles) and dark haired lady very very rude, unfriendly and really unhelpful . One lady in bar staff ( same dark haired lady on reception) very rude , not interested in serving and not interested in being polite. Restaurant staff very nice, as were the cleaning staff.. Food was very good ! Room very basic, no coffee or tea making facilities. Expedia website says room safe is free, charged me 20 euros, website says swim up bar ! , This is completely closed.. No swim up bar, the bar is closed down. Cigarette ends around bottom pool area,not cleaned up over a few days.. No entertainment or music, the staff said there was none this season at all. Forget indoor swim pool this is closed for season and they charge yet again for jacuzzi.. Finally on leaving , we asked to store our suitcases , were told to put in an old restaurant, with everyone else’s , this is open to everyone in the hotel , anything could have been stolen! A Promised shower room downstairs before leaving, tried to charge me £4 euro per towel ! Reception Asked would I stay here again ? Definitely a resounding NO! There are really nice 4 star hotels in Paguera, we had to visit in the evenings for entertainment( Free) .. and much better service and friendliness, visited Hotel Valentin(4 star) and HSM linda(3 star) both wiped the floor with Ona Palmira. I would NOT stay here again..

Certainty it's grounds which are quite well maintained, plenty of roses and other plants. Quite a large site. General amenities were good. Two large swimming pools. Hotel rooms were quite spacious. Remember to pack a portable kettle, as there are no tea or coffee making facilities within the room. General cleanliness is good. A short walk to the respective beaches. Plenty of beachware and small convenience stores nearby. Recommend also the boat excursions. The sea is safe to swim in and well life guarded during the holiday season.

Pretty good area, staff was really nice. Overall such a nice view of the mountain from where my room was. Thanks again for the hospitality

I was quite happy with this hotel, the staff are very welcoming and lovely. The facilities are fantastic. But, the pool was very cold, the indoor pool was the same, also the jacuzzi. It was quite windy so I was hoping the pool would be warm. I was not sure where the spa facilities were, there wasn’t an updated sauna room or steam room, felt a bit abandoned. The bed was a little uncomfortable due to the sheets not feeling too cared for, and the bed moving a lot. Other than that, the team makes you feel better about these things. I may not book again, based on feeling more open to other options next time. I will still like to thank the hotel staff for all their hard work.

Great hotel if you want to experience the hotel instead of sightseeing as they have all the amenities in the hotel. A 5 minute from the beach and other restaurants so it was very convenient. Check in and check out was extremely easy and staff at the reception was friendly however cannot say the same about some of the staff working in the hotel. Breakfast had a great variety and the man making the eggs was very friendly! The hotel was clean and the layout and aesthetics was a highlight. The AC was not as strong though in the rooms. We booked a deluxe room which was beautiful and housekeeping were great to ensure it was clean and tidy. There is also good transport links to old town and the airport though it is intermittent. The views of the area from the hotel balcony was also great.

Staff were beyond amazing better than 5 star hotels. Elsa helped us alot. At evening check-in time the lady at reception was incredibly helpful. The cleaners were also wonderful and greeted us every morning with such joy. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Great hotel. Lovely and clean. Very good pool areas and close to beach. Would return.

Bed bugs in the room. Went to ask about this at reception and was told that they couldn’t move the room, as it would probably be the same problem in every room. The room was fumigated but the problem persisted.

Had a wonderful two days with my daughter here and will be coming back soon. Food buffet options for the prices are fantastic. Staff were so polite and couldn't do enough for us. It's a very chilled setting and very nice vibe

Really good breakfast and friendly, helpful receptionists. Downsides: bad smell in the bathroom and limited free public parking spaces.

Pool area great - except pool towels come ag a cost. Pool pretty cold. Breakfast decent. Room well serviced Great locations Hard to get a park later on

Good apartment, confort room and bed. There is only public parking, and it's usually full during the summer. And, in the morning, they start soon (8 am) to arrange thr rooms and it gets very noise.

The hotel is great. Loved the pool and bar area. The only complaint is about not providing tea/coffee /kettle service in the room. The location is great and 5 min walk from shops, restaurants,bars and beach so very convenient.

Love it! Take the breakfast option, many choices!

Overall it's good to stay. Free public parking are available next to building. Room is clean, wifi is OK. We are asked by reception when checked in regarding breakfast pack for date of check out because early check out, it was so kind and nice, but when checked out nothing is prepared and reception said only excuse.... Big disapointed at the end of stay.
