Air Conditioning was not working, thus too hot in the room. Staff provided a fan which made the stay possible.

It is an outdated motel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great for the local markets experience, and close enough to the train station. Do not. I repeat, do not use the hotels laundry services. It cost me 93,000 kwon.for 2 loads of washing. Find the local laundromat.

Beddings were clean and didn't have bad order. Howevver the carpet in the lobby was not tidy. There were small debries scattered around the area.

The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to the train station and to cafes and restaurants, and with a convenience store next to reception. The rooms are reasonably comfortable and equipped, but generally the place looks like it could do with some refurbishment. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The most significant problem for us was that the WiFi is pretty terrible - at times we couldn't even connect, let alone play YouTube videos.

I ve been in three seperate hotels in Onyang. This hotel is most comfortable in every aspect. so i had to come back for this place again .

Business hotel with minimum amenties. Layout of room strange as unable to open cupboard doors (blocked by bed). Hotel and cafe not in communication as hotel staff told ice available from cafe. However, cafe staff informed that they do not provide ice to guests but we can buy drinks from them.

Very nice, clean and quite hotel. Would recommended if you’re in the Onyang area.

Good location but hotel is in need of repair. Wallpaper is bubbled and coming off from moisture exposure, faucets and attachments are not properly fixed to the wall, wasn't the cleanest. It wasn't bad but it needs TLC.

Enjoyed my stay at Cheil Hotel. Great sauna. Will stay again.

Big room. Clean bathroom and big bathtub. Spa was good too. Good breakfast. However, in the ondol (Korean style) room the sleeping mats were quite thin so a bit uncomfortable.

Convenient location closed to the train station within walking distance. The hot spa is clean.

I was really happily surprised with this hotel. So roomy and comfort for the family unit. Their hot spring water was so good downstairs. Even in the hotel room, you can use BIG bathtub with their awesome hot spring water. Comfort and clean beds and everything. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The bed was so hard that I couldn't have much sleep on. But what can I say it is the best hotel in town u can find!

The hotel is not clean and a nonsmoking room we asked for smelt like cigarette.

This was the second hotel that I booked in South Korea where the photos promised a remodeled and newly furnished room, but what I got had not been remodeled for decades. The bed sheets and towels were clean and were replaced daily. But whether the room was cleaned regularly was hard to tell, since the carpet, wall paper and most of the furniture were so old that I did not dare touching anything, let alone walking barefoot on the carpet. There are supposed to be some remodeled rooms in this hotel, but nobody in my party got one. The exterior and lobby look fairly modern, but the modern look ends at the elevator to the rooms. The breakfast was a disappointment, too. I had much better breakfast in other hotels in South Korea, which were often included in the price.

화장실도 넓고 깨끗하고 객실도 좋았어요 1층에 편의점 있어서 편했어요 추천합니다

오랜된 숙소라고 해서 걱정했는데, 외관에 비해 내부시설은 깨끗한 편이었고 온양온천역과도 가까워서 이동하기 쉬웠어요. 차 없이 오시는 분들은 이용하기 편리할 것 같아요. 조식도 나쁘지 않았고 주변에 온양시장과 시티투어 정류장도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 다만 아쉬운것은 호텔 사우나를 이용하려고 했는데 저녁 8시까지라 하루 일정 마치고 이용하기 촉박했던 점이었어요. 그 외에는 전반적으로 만족할만한 숙소였다고 생각합니다.
