Toiletries and towels are lacking. They should be replaced as the color is faded.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable and the amenities were complete. It was very easy to find food and other things nearby. God willing, I'll be back again someday.

Comfortable, close to everything, not scary at all, and affordable. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy because the room isn't soundproof. Otherwise, it's okay because we're staying with a group. Haha.

The hotel staff is friendly, the service is good, and the room service is very friendly. When I first arrived, close to Eid, it was still quiet, perhaps due to the large number of people returning home. The room was tidy and not stuffy, with cool air conditioning, and the hot water took a while to warm up. Close to Ciwalk, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Just a few notes: the bathroom is slippery when wet. If you'd like, replace the towels with new ones, as the white color has faded and they don't smell good.

Highly recommended for those who are visiting Bandung and looking for a hotel around Cihampelas. It's very pocket-friendly and really worth it, the service is also very friendly.

The hotel's location is okay, but the rooms and toilets aren't very clean. The towels are quite rough.

The friendliness of the hotel staff is quite good

The room wasn't soundproof, and I happened to be staying with a tour group, making noise from running around, and the door being banged on by the tour group kids. A complaint was made to the front desk and they were followed up immediately.

The hotel is clean, but the AC isn't cold. So at night, it's colder outside than inside the room.
