Very good service

I regret to leave a two star review; the reception was amazing, the premises gorgeous and well maintained, a great Happy Hour drink, Soap and Lotion provided,kind customer service. What a great hotel! HOWEVER.... Something was WRONG! Around 11pm our room started to smell very strongly of urine or gasoline. None of the windows opened! We could not sleep with the stench. Where did it come from? My husband had to sit by the door open throughout the night to get some ventilation. It was so strange and SO bad.

Room was spacious and nice. Plenty of closet space and drawers. Clean with daily cleaning

We had to move from the 2 king bed room to a smaller because the toilet was dirty. There were big ants in the room. Both beda and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The level of noise till midnight prevented us from sleeping. It is not first time that we’ve been guests at your facilities but we’ll probably consider a different hotel next time.

Rested well in a nice clean room… staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant food was amazing

The reason I stayed at this hotel was the spa service but it wasn’t available. But everything else was excellent. Staff helpful and friendly exes the resecciónist not berry friendly.

The room was not ready when i arrived i had to wait 3 hours for the room to be cleaned . 1.Gym was out of service 2.the spa was out of service. 3. We had to pay for breakfast . The lunch was expensive and not good .

The hotel itself is beautiful the front desk is very friendly, the rooms are really nice but the rooms are not clean, if you look under the bed you will see a lot of dust, same in the closets, the door of the bathroom where I stayed never got cleaned it had a stain of what what seemed to be soap or toothpaste. The service in the restaurant is very poor, they have the staff but they are unprofessionals, especially during breakfast and lunch, the dinner crew was more attentive and more kind specially Lizbeth she was very friendly. The cleaning staff some of them are friendly others very rude. The place has a lot of potential but staff is not the best. They also have private events that seemed to end at midnight, if you stay close to the private even room you won't be able to sleep until they finish because the noise is very loud, There's no coffee/tea maker in the rooms like the restaurant says. The price is very good for the location and the size of the rooms but whoever manages the hotel needs to work in the staff, probably some outside professional customer service training. Overall is a good place to stay.

Los cuartos tenían ventanas grandes hacia el pasillo, por lo que en general me pareció ruidoso ya que se escucha todo quien pasa o cierra la puerta. El gimnasio es amplio y la alberca climatizada. Lo positivo es que es un hotel agradable, fuera del ruido en el cuarto. Lo negativo es que para llegar la zona es muy fea e insegura, el mismo staff nos dijo que no salieramos caminando, solo en auto. Precio/calidad, está excelente.

Great staff, central and accessible to all

The property lacks of proper maintenance, some areas are neglected with old furniture. Dirty dishes from room service outside of the rooms for 2 days, however, the breakfast is excellent.

Wonderful oasis really close to airport. It has everything you could need: pool, onsite restaurant and even a small playground for the kids. Highly recommended!
