room is very clean, spacious.

The service is really good, all staff are friendly and attentive. The buffet was also great for kids and adults too. The swimming pool wasn’t good at all. It is clean and safe but also plain and boring. The pool isn’t a vacation pool, they don’t have any props, pipes, slides, inflatables or even floats for kids. The water wasn’t warm at all, not a big difference with swimming in the sea. The pool doesn’t match the concept of the hotel. It was more of a gym’s pool than a family resort type.

Clean and quiet environment. Google map not update to this hotel, it brings me to wrong place at first. I am using my own instincts to find this hotel position, luckily is day time otherwise will be a disaster. For those travel to this hotel using google map be aware when approaching the hotel location.

No wifi in the room only on first floor, no beach, pool requires a ticket and we only went once because it doesnt open until 1pm.

All rooms are ocean view, nice.

They serve some very good breakfast. Their facilities are very good and the staff are friendly.

The room was spacious, clean and have a very nice view of the ocean.

The staff are very helpful and polite. The room is very big. you could see a stunning sea view through the window. I saw the dophin and horse in the morning. Breakfast is included. Highly recommended. Especially for family who has kids.

Hotel is aged, but good for family stay. the playground and breakfast is great.

We got two big rooms with balcony. Although we didn't planned to sleep on the Tatami, it is attractive and interesting for us. The dinner and breakfast are all in set menu. Not luxry, but enough.

객실이 넓고 좌식 테이블 공간이 있어 매우 편리함. 직원들 친절하시고, 1층에 숍이 있어서 물, 맥주, 과자 등 간단히 살 수 있음. 오션뷰 방에서 돌고래 훈련마을 보이는 것도 장점. 조식 간단하지만 오믈렛/후라이 주문 가능한 에그 스테이션도 있고 훌륭함. 어차피 리조트에 머무는 여행이 아닌 관광 다니는 여행이니, 특급 호텔보다 훨씬 만족도 높음

After the first night, housekeeping only replenished the towels and emptied the bins, but did not make up the beds. On the second day, the situation was even worse — nothing was done at all, despite the ‘Please clean up’ sign being hung on the door. Hotel's location was good and the view was nice .

整體情況可以接受，勝在價錢相宜，及毗鄰元氣村

Familienhotel, dass sich auf Familien mit kleinen Kindern fokussiert. Highlight ist der Delfinbereich mit Angeboten zum gemeinsamen Schwimmen. Streichelzoo und Indoorpool, sowie einige Freizeitangebote im Wasser sind auf kleinere Kinder/jüngere Jugendliche zugeschnitten. Das Hotel ist schon älter und entsprechend etwas runtergekommen. Eine Generalrenovierung würde ich mir wünschen. Komme nicht noch mal hierher.

夕食に徒歩で出ましたが、暗くて怖い

昭和漂う雰囲気ですが、スタッフの方の対応も良く、落ち着いて過ごせました。

飯店又大，又整潔，房間超大..小朋友住起來超開心.. 服務人員親戚，很有禮貌。 房間面海，又可以看到元氣村的海豚.. 飯店一樓還有好大的草皮可以奔跑。 早餐基本的都有，吃的很飽！ 有沖繩橘子跟鳳梨！還有泡盛.. 現做的歐姆蛋很好吃，還有烤魚.. 這次入住有得到小朋友免費的晚餐卷，大人已經吃飽了，陪著進去，得到一杯冰麥茶..小孩咖喱飯很豐富，吃的很開心..大人沒點餐沒被收錢，餐廳人員也完全親切有禮貌！ 公共空間的溫泉很不錯，很乾淨！ 洗衣機跟烘衣機要錢，但我在日本旅遊以來，第一次烘一次衣服就會乾了.. 稱讚一下烘衣機！ 可惜的是，這次去天氣比較涼，沒用到泳池.. 飯店在水族管附近而已，往水族館的路上也有一些好吃的店家和珍珠奶茶店，沖繩飯糰店！好吃！ 一整趟下來 非常的舒適！
