Great place to stay, hists excellent

The couple running this motel are awesome. Sumner Beach is such a great village to unwind. So close to the city yet a lot more laid back. The beach and variety of eateries are all walkable from this motel. Recommended.

This place has a great location just a block from the Sumner esplanade and walking distance to a dozen or so places to eat. The unit was spacious, functional, and safe. We had plenty of space for all of our stuff and it was a great place to relax and enjoy our time here. It's a bit dated (especially the carpet) but overall was a good place to stay.

Really lovely spot in sumner. The owners were super nice and helpful and the shower was one of the best showers I’ve had in my entire life.

Nice and close to the beach. Communication was great and the room had everything needed to cook a small meal. Outside of the busyness of Christchurch, this is a great town to visit and place to stay.

Clean amenities-filled apartment centrally located to dining, grocery store, shopping, beach. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

This property was recommended to us as a great place to stay when travelling with your family dog. It didn't disappoint. Communication was fabulous, the apartment was clean and had what we needed for our stay. Fantastic location for access to beaches and walkways as well as Sumner village. Highly reccommend.

We booked for three nights, did not stay, found another Hotel and left without a refund. This is not worth the money, very dirty, very out dated.
