Parking easy and secure. No breakfast facilities

The room was ok, but the microwave was dirty. I stayed 2 nights the bin was not collected while we were there. The swimming pool was under "cleaning status" for a long time. We could not use it. Although the motel was empty they placed us in a room facing the highway which was noisy. The service was below par and we will never come back to this motel.

Easy off street parking, loud street with constamt through traffic during evening. Old style rooms, needs a good clean

Room was clean, bed comfortable.

Room was good size, bed was comfortable and checkin was quick, room was clean and confortable, parking was good.

We did not order breakfast. The motel was close to town and the sites of the Orange Spring Festival and clubs. Wi-Fi was good. Pool was closed. Had to ask for cutlery and crockery.

We did not have breakfast at the motel so no comment location is very good

Clean comfortable affordable friendly

The property is dated and in need of signifant maintenance. There was paint peeling off one wall two lights didn't work and the blockout curtains need immediate replacement. There is a water leak in.the bathroom underneath the basin.

Convenient location.

The rooms are quite old and in desperate need of refurbishment. Furniture and cabinets and old, carpet needs replacing, and bed mattress sank, needs replacing.

Overall the room was adequate. The shower was dirty,mold in the grout.There was paint peeling and the room smelt musty. The furniture in the room was quite dated and the PowerPoints were underneath the bed. There were no extra pillows. The internet may have been free but it was quite sketchy. It was alright for one night. I probably wouldn’t recommend this motel..

This accommodation was fine. It was noisy, being on a busy road. There were slashes and stains through the curtains. Don’t think I would stay here again.

Fridge poorly maintained the freezer was frosted so much we could barely open the door

Helpful staff and comfortable accommodation

The air conditioner did not work properly, when I checked the vent it was very dirty. The air conditioner remote did not work correctly and was held together with tape.I would stay here again.
