Clean room, friendly staff

Didnt appreciate getting served all of our meals(which were actually ok) on cardboard takeaway boxes in the bistro, due to renovations !!

Good atmosphere,friendly helpful staff.

Basically I was looking for cheap accommodation at the time. Location was the truck stop and a hotel sort of set up. I didn't mind this because I knew I had a cheap price. On arrival staff were helpful and attentive to my needs. The only thing I would complain about is the state of the floor you could feel the dust under your feet. I had to wear thongs all the time throughout my stay.

If you ONLY want to stay 1 Night it is average. But we stayed 2 nights the Beds were pulled up No tidying up No bin emptied, No Towels replaced of tea coffee bathroom etc The young staff serving were very good in Dining area, Pokies Ok They need to have reception area manned.

A great brief overnight stay. Clean room, suprisingly quiet considering it is set just off the main highway, and the convenient bistro with absolutely wonderful and friendly staff. Yummy food options, very relaxed and safe, it was all we needed!

Noisy, old, uncomfortable.. no heating in rooms. Beds bad, very, very basic accom but not priced accordingly. Should be $80 a night

Unfortunately the hotel smokers area must be near our room so was very noisy

Easy access to Mackay. Dinner only available on the weekends and not for mid week stays. Too expensive for the condition (age and state) of the rooms and facilities within….. broken toilet. Staff were very friendly and most obliging.
