The room was in excellent condition and extremely clean with a very comfortable bed to sleep in.

Overall good visit, clean, everything we needed and close to everything Didnt like Street noise, and noise from bathroom fan blowing in the wind.. needs an external cover. Also didnt like the extreme draft coming through the window seal, despite window being fully shut... this let in draught, cold and noise from street. Simple fix to get seals replaced. Was cold first night as didnt find extra rug until next day, would be good to have this on end of bed, or stored with extra pillows. Didnt think to look in the draws.

Check in was nice and easy, the location was outstanding. Free parking and parking in general was a bonus. Room was nice, spacious and clean.

Have stayed there 3 times in the past. Ian was really helpfulwewe askedto change room's.

No frills CBD motel, but it hits the mark. Friendly staff. Clean, and the room was well presented. Super-convenient for city centre New Plymouth. A lovely stay.

Enjoyed our stay the room was very clean and day 2 they fully serviced our room..big tick. Bed was comfy we walked to town everything was close. Definitely will stay again when in New Plymouth.

Lovely people and cleaning staff beautiful units washing and drier facilities but washing machine needs upgrading convenient to shops and Centre city lovely bathroom products and tea and coffee with a touch of live biscuits chocolates and lollies
