Great location, comfy beds. A little dated on the inside but was great for a small family trip. The room had everything we needed and was really warm despite it being cold outside. We would definately stay again.

Room was very dated. Heating took forever to heat up.

Very clean and close to the springs. Towels supplied free for our trip to the springs. Free onsite parking.

Enjoyed our stay. Closeness to pool couldn't get any better. Great to do some washing but a pair of my husbands jeans went missing. And the towels in our room also went missing. We thought shower pressure was great. Staff were extra helpful and even gave us Apples thank you, delicious. Next morning tried to return pool towels we never used.Put them at the laundry door. Thanks again. Hope to stay again!

An older property, reasonably priced and very well maintained. Particularly appreciated the efforts made by the owner(?) to find an item we thought we had left behind. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely place to stay. Sophie was very accommodating and helpful on our cycling adventure allowing us to wash our bikes and providing buckets and rags to make the job easier. We had a lovely relaxing time and would recommend staying here.

Extremely clean and well kept. Great location with it being in easy walking distance to the hot pools and main shopping precinct.

Convenient location within walking distance of the water park. Lovely helpful manager who let us park our car on site before check in. Interiors are a little dated but still perfectly functional, very spacious rooms and comfy beds. Did our laundry for $4 which was super convenient.

Apart from the bathroom( needs a make over) the room was very nice.

Motel room was very clean and well looked after, our family room had plenty of space for everyone. A short walk to Hanmer attractions and many restaurant choices.

Very pleasant stay. Alot of space, warm and cozy. Curtains were closed and the room was warmed for us before we arrived. Everything is walking distance great locations

Excellent, spacious and very clean

Really needs updating in every way. Old school decor, linen etc. Car parking under a carport away from room was also annoying. Only thing this place has is location but Hanmer has plenty of other options also closeby.
