Great location and lovely perfect accommodation

Good only thing wasp was in upstairs bathroom and when spa on it spat out brown .

Falls Mountain retreat exceeded our expectations. We booked a loft studio for two people and the room itself being huge and the air conditioning worked very well, also there was a gas open flame fire, a Kingsize bed, fridge with an ice box, microwave a toaster and a kettle and coffee maker. There was a lovely big bathroom with a spar bath and shower. Front and rear balconies with patio doors and seating. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Lovely spot and a beautiful welcome. The rooms were fantastic, beds were so comfortable but the shower over the spa is an accident waiting to happen, access almost impossible for an older person or one that has a disability of some sort whether major or minor. Cooking appliances were limited with only one lid for two different size pots and the oven required a good clean. Otherwise our stay was delightful and will recommend.

The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the linen and towels were clean. The place was generally nice, though the kitchen and bathroom could use a little extra attention. Some kitchen items, like the cloth and sponge, seemed well-used and could benefit from replacement, as new ones are usually provided for hygiene purposes. There was also a little mould on the bathroom tiles. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery, but guests may want to bring a few basic essentials, such as salt, pepper, and paper towels, glad wrap etc. We also had a bit of trouble casting Netflix and YouTube to the TV, as it didn’t connect with our devices, and we were unsure who to contact for assistance.

We loved this place!! The welcome , the courtesy phonecall after we had checked in. The location was just as described. It was very clean and had all amenities including a spa bath!! Would definitely recommend. Viv & Tim

Excellent service

Communication was excellent. I was about to pass the reception operation hours. They assured me that everything would be ready and it was. Fireplace was amazing. You can order coles and uber eats and arrives easily. Do not miss the stargazing experience which is just a walk away after dark soo close to the place. Definitely going back.

Great location for hiking Wentworth Fall trails. Unit was very spacious and functional. Needed some extra utensils. Wasnt terrible at all but but just needs freshened up. Would likley stay there again.

It was everything we expected and more, excellent place to stay would definitely recommend.
