The staff were very friendly and our room was cosy and warm.

Great family friendly stay in good location, walking distance next to Kuirau park. Their spas weren't in operation but reception gave us free vouchers for the Polynesian Spa which was a nice compliment.

Our visit to Tasman holiday park was cosy, private, peaceful, and revitalising. The mineral pool was under maintenance but we were given complimentary access to the polynesian spas which was much appreciated. Lovely customer oriented service at reception and from all staff we engaged with. This venue is highly recommended and we will certainly visit again.

Location was good within fairly short walking distance to main restaurants and bars. Property had nice thermal and communal pools. Room was basic but had everything we needed - although shower temperature was a bit temperamental at times! Would definitely stay again if needed :)

Comfortable rooms but being close to street tge noise couldn't be avoided

The unit was comfortable for a 2 night stay, however, the steps up to the unit door were not safe, with little to no room to allow the door to open out towards us. Very risky and a health and safety matter.

Great location, close to town. One of the beds have sand in them and sheets are not exactly the cleanest. Bathroom was clean.

Staff friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the swimming pool though it closed an hour earlier than advertised on both the days we stayed. The mineral pool was disappointing, dirty and looked like bugs swimming in the water. The shower had a powerful blast which we enjoyed. The bed settee was quite uncomfortable and not ideal for sleeping or sitting on. Otherwise it was good.

Had a great stay at tasman holiday park, stayed in deluxe studio 20 by the pool.. mentioning the unit number only so others can be prepared as the toilet seat gives you abit of a wild ride not sure why but it would move side to side and also be aware the outside light switch is located up by ceiling by the entry/exit door so if your under 6 fòot your not going to be able to reach it, these issues didnt really affect our stay, the pool was great and the staff at the reception were friendly n welcoming

Second time coming here.It was lovely experience we love the hot pools especially at night.

Nice and clean. Good facilities

We loved the park and the vibe at the place. The room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Bed was comfortable and felt new. Would have gave this place 5 stars however being in front of the pool was loud due to all the screaming kids and we actually had someone walk into our room while we were lying on the bed. He was super embarrassed and made us feel not so safe with the door unlocked.

Great location we have stayed here before as a group and enjoyed it but pricing is ridiculous. Not everyone in the group booked with Expedia. There are other accommodation places nearby that offer much better value for money . We will not return.

Great location and facilities! Would definitely recommend this place for people with young kids.
