Thank you for taking the trouble to share your experience. As already explained during your stay with us, it was a very unfortunate chain of events, call it a perfect storm, that led to your having to change room. This is not something we ever wish to impose on our guests and for that we apologize profusely. We were very surprised and shocked to read your comment about our staff. We have long prided ourselves on our wonderfully friendly staff and the many positive reviews on other sites are a testament to that. We would therefore like to investigate this further, so can we ask you please contact our General Manager to discuss.
