Overall not a positive experience. Check in was complicated and took forever. Bed was not made, toilet was dirty. There was a big big om the floor. Service was great (when the stage was at work) Spa was closed, the spa was det mail reason for choosing this hotel. Breakfast was good and the breaksfast area was excellent!

Terrible self check in. We booked 2 rooms and get only one booking nr. that leads to one our with frustration in the middle of the night. Helpful staff on the phone give us the other booking nr. still it was a meaningless prosess to type all information we already gave when we booked the room. Self check in have a potential to improvements..

Staff at reception not avaliable. Could not find them. Was a sign there that said they would be back in 5 minutes. I, and others waited for 20 minutes for them to show up. No one showed up. Asked the personell in the bar where the receptionist was at. They did not now and they did not bother to check or help. So I used the self- check in, but that is a comprehensive process, and a non-intuitive process. Breakfast is poor. Shortage of milk, poor selection of bread, tables are not cleaned, and the orange juice taste not like orange juice. On the positive side: Free parking and close to the E4.

Nice hotel, but at midsummer almost everything is closed( the restaurants ). We should have read more closely about swedish traditions. However, the staff was very helpful

Det var bra för oss med boendet. Ankom 23.30 och allt fungerade bra.

Enkelt att komma till från motorvägen. Helt automatiserad check-in och check-out vilket fungerade fint. Rummet var rent och höll hög standard Mycket bra frukost

Breakfast and pet friendly

Mycket bra hotell och mycket trevlig personal, SPA avdelningen var också bra med bastu, bubbelpool och varmvattenpool. Frukost och middag var också mycket bra.
