Perfect location to stay! Just minutes from the beach. Highly recommend.

Extremely unsafe conditions – visible black mould and no accountability from management. I stayed one night at Hotel Kilimanjaro in October 2025, and it was one of the most shocking hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Upon entering our first room (401), there was an overwhelming musty odour and black mould visibly growing around the air-conditioning vent. The air felt damp and unhealthy to breathe. When we asked to move rooms, we were shown two others (205 and 110) — both had strong damp smells, water damage, and in one case more visible mould near the air duct. This was especially alarming as one of my friends suffers from asthma and another from a chronic cough. Black mould (Stachybotrys chartarum) is known to cause serious respiratory and long-term health problems, and clearly should never be present in guest areas. We informed the staff immediately and were told to speak with the general manager in the morning about a refund. When we returned, the day receptionist was dismissive, claimed the manager was not available, and offered no assistance whatsoever. We have yet to receive a reply from the hotel. We had no choice but to check out early for our own safety and rebook at another property, incurring additional expenses. If you value your health, I strongly urge you to avoid this hotel until they address the severe mould contamination and lack of management accountability. No guest should have to experience this

Clean pool area, and the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard

The hotel is in great location. Just few minutes walking from the beautiful beach bay. There are supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Easily accessible from the airport by local transportation. The only negative thing is the noise..the hotel staff should be more mindful of disrespectful guests staying in hotel that make a lot of noise late at night and take some prevention to guarantee good stay in a good and respectful environment for everyone.

The bed and pillows smell musty and unpleasant, like fabric that stayed wet too long.

Very helpful staff. Luggage room plus shower available to use once youve checked out and they offered free towels to use at pool or beach. Rooms basic but clean. Breakfast really good choice available.

Situated close to the downtown area the hotel acts as a good baae to see Mallorca. Nice check-in by Martina who made a good first impression and has a great sense of humour. The room was small but practical, what yiu would expect for the price paid. A kettle for tea and coffee would have made it much better. Excellent outdoor pool on the 2nd floor, with a bar that becomes the hub of the hotel. My room had city views and a generous balcony.

Opt in for the included breakfast for sure! Also gentlemen at the desk was amazing! His service not just to us but to everyone we saw was top notch!

Hotel looked nothing like on the pictures. Rooms are not clean properly, we have arrived late on Friday night and in the morning we have find dirty sock which wasn’t ours, floors are not clean. On the third day we want our room cleaned, so we left to have fun in the city, when we come back our airport was stolen from the bags which we put in cupboards. We have informed front desk about that incident, but they told us that they aren’t able to do anything, and let the person get away with stealing items from customers. They offer us a 3 free drinks as the recompense, which is really stupid.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel kilamanjaro such a refreshing hotel air conditioning was used throughout the hotel breakfast choices came with a wide variety my hotel view from the pool was amazing staff were very helpful and generous at helping check in early.

Everything was great, the staff was helpful and the location is not far from the beach. The prices were great!

What a gem of a hotel only 3 stars but I personally would rate it as a 4 star hotel , very clean , staff helpful and welcoming, I booked a single room but had a larger room 2single beds and bathroom which was a bonus , pool area inviting and clean . I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/family

Great and helpful staff!

Everything was good. The service was as expected, the room was as described, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious food. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi was either super slow or not working at all.

Really enjoyed my stay! Hotel totally met and exceeded my expectations. The staff were absolutely fantastic - consistently went above and beyond, and the room was very modern.

Trevligt hotell med alla bekvämligheter man behöver på en sol-och-bad-semester. Bra åtgärder för att minimera smittspridning och alla medarbetare skötte detta perfekt. Rummet väl utrustat och sängarna riktigt sköna. Poolområdet är inte så stort men under vår vistelse var det aldrig någon trängsel. Frukosten riklig och med stort utbud för att passa alla smaker. Nära stranden men har en rejäl uppförsbacke, något att tänka på om man inte är fullt rörlig eller har flera små barn.

Very clean and had all that was needed for a night stay. 3 blocks from bus station. Staff was immediately helpful after locking key in room.
