Only remmendation is that they should have an elevator.

First time staying in Miraflores. Traveling with extended family, total of 11 people. Rooms were spacious and clean. Showers had hot water running all day which is nice. The rooms had an ac unit but we didn’t need it the time of year we visited. Buffett breakfast was delicious and all staff we encountered were very friendly. They had filtered water station for guests. The neighborhood was walkable to Larcomar and other neighborhoods. I would stay here again.

Property don’t have elevator.they put us on the 3rd floor. Some days didn’t have hot water . Food menu was limited . Small dinning room . My husband lost for AirPods and they say they didn’t see it . Terrible service never again .

The showers are not wheel chair accessible although it says it is…. One of our group who is on wheel chair couldn’t shower at all while being here … very inconvenient. Also our room was located directly across the lobby so it was loud

Excellent hotel and staff in Miraflores with wonderful breakfast daily. Our family room is spacious with 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed, living room area, a terrace and nice rain shower. Our daughter arrived early and was accomodated before check in time. Special mention to front desk especially Alberto .Thank you very much

The mattress was excellent. Excellent sleep that night. Walkable distance to Larcomar. Took off a star because there is no elevator. But the staff do help you with the luggage.
