We only stayed one night but they were extremely welcoming and kind. It’s an unusual property with a family history, our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Casa del Poeta was probably our favorite place we stayed during our two-week trip to Sicily. It’s in a lovely, peaceful location with plenty of parking, which made arriving by car really easy. We loved the story behind the property and all the thoughtful details that went into the decor and experience. The bed was especially comfortable and we slept so well. The pool was also incredibly peaceful and relaxing, a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location worked really well for day trips around the area. The host was incredibly helpful and offered lots of good advice. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the region.

We loved this property. Located in the beautiful countryside of Pergusa, La Casa del Poeta is a great place to unwind after a day of site seeing. It is centrally located between Enna and Piazza del Romano and only an hour from Agrigento and the Valley of Temples. The host, Guiliana, was wonderful sharing information about the area and providing recommendations for food, sights and travel. The breakfast is included with lots of options to choose from. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it.

A one night stay near Enna - very beautiful spot and very welcoming hosts. Stayed in the loft family room as a family of 4. Beautiful old building, stunning artistic interiors.

Lovely quiet location in the countryside outside Enna, spacious room adjacent to a comfy common area, whimsical decor, beautiful swimming pool and nice breakfast.

There was nobody there when we arrived. Got someone on the phone thanks to a workman but nobody would be there for an hour. Went to Enna for a drink and lunch but absolutely nothing was open. Really disappointing.

The hotel owner, Guiliana was wonderful. She could not do enough to help us. The venue was in a very quiet and peaceful area and the facilities were clean and comfy and decorated with incredible Italian style. The food was simple but amazing and we had dinner at the sister Agritourism hotel which was an excellent meal. Would definitely return!

Very special place located in the county. Great to get out of big cities. 30 minutes from Piazza Amerina.

Charming spot in the country, as long as you've got a car. Unique style, loaded with books and fun details. We had a HUGE room with lovely views.

Had a wonderful stay. The place absolutely clean, very welcoming. The staff was wonderful and helpful - Greeted is at our car and helped take our luggage in without asking. Breakfast was scrumptious - enjoyed the eggs!!!

We were warmly welcomed and very well looked after throughout our stay. This hotel is located very centrally within Sicily and would therefore make a great base from which to explore the island.

Nice location, great service - including the breakfast. Very nicely decorated and very spacious and quite rooms . A pity however that the pool was not open and the Wifi did not work.

This initially was an odd place to walk into, and we were the only guests, being December, but once you 'get' the place, you warm to it, and Redden, our Filipino host was excellent - the breakfast laid on was perfect and to be experienced.

It was a good omen when we were greeted by a double rainbow arcing from the hillside as we arrived to the villa. The building is neat, clean and whimsically decorated and furnished. Small and simple, our stay here was a welcome break from staying in cities and fighting for a parking space. The villa is not walking distance to dinner or activities, but is is so peaceful and relaxing that it just doesn't matter. There is a town nearby with a decent restaurant for dinner, or just bring some wine, bread, fruit and cheese to have a quiet stay at home meal. Extremely nice and helpful staff.

breakfast was fabulous, Eleana was very welcoming and running to the car with her umbrella as it was raining. Lovely location, would return again on our next trip to Sicily.
