Beautiful, quiet hotel. Well trained staff

The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. The terrace was a 2x2 terrace on the side with a barely visible view of the lake through several trees. We also experienced no hot water for a full day out of a 4 day stay. While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient. My experience in similar circumstances has been that customers deserve a bit more in terms of credits or discounts to maintain satisfaction in these type of situations.

Firstly the greeting was warm and genuine. Super helpful. I forgot my tie for a conference i was due to attend the concierge found me one and then proceeded to swap it with his because his one looked better ! Amazing people beautiful location and amazing facilities! Could not recommend it more. Congratulations to the management for creating such an empowered team.

Lovely room overlooking the lake, clean and able to get in early, which was a benefit. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast choice was excellent and our take away breakfast on the last morning exceeded our expectations.

Above all really efficient and super friendly staff. Loris the concierge and Quentin our dinner waiter were wonderful. Highly recommended.

Great location that is close to the train. Great service in the restaurant and bar and the food was excellent. Very friendly and helpful people who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Staff is outstanding. Rooms very clean and bed is very comfortable. Buffet breakfast good but pricey.

Beautiful large room overlooking lake Geneva. Right across the road from the metro, 2 stops into Lausanne gare. The window blinds blacked the room out at night which is perfect for me. Room was always cleaned, water restocked. The drinks were extremely pricey, 2 250ml bottles of Coke, circa £14! Customer service was spot on, shower was excellent and so too the spa/pool/sauna/steam room. Would highly recommend a visit!

Excellent hotel in Ouchy. Very comfortable beds. Absolutely loved the shower. Easy valet parking. Rooftop bar with views of lake Geneva. Very walkable both to the lake and to some affordable dining options. Would stay again.

Hotel is wonderful. Great location by the lake. Spa, make reservations beforehand, and indoor lap pool.
