1. Staff friendly, good attitude. 2. Room: bad. Bed no topper, which we all felt the mattress spring. Bedsheet was like an old set. 3. Water pressure: when using both bathrooms at the same time, it becomes low. 4. One room's air conditioner was faulty. Should at least provide a ceiling fan to all. 5. Safety: damaged floor trap at the master bath, will cut feet. Overall, it's so-so. For last-minute booking and just for sleep, then it's okay. But for a long stay, cannot. Unit B3-11.

Should have an iron in the room. Have glasses but no plate, fork, and spoon. Must share the air conditioner remote because there is only one. The TV remote is sometimes not functioning. Finally, no Wi-Fi provided. Score 8/10

Staff was friendly and easy for check-in. The apartment is spacious & fully air-conditioned. The hotel can improve by changing old mattresses, putting mirrors in the 2 other rooms & more pantry utensils like mugs, plates & cutleries.

The room is big, clean, the cume has a little smell, the aircond in one room is not cold enough, the pool is not lucky because it is closed, some parts are broken. So far it's ok, the staff is helpful, even if the air conditioner is broken, they fix it quickly.

Best swimming pool, fully air-conditioned rooms. Clean room. Aircond is cold. Every room has air conditioning. Large living room. Best satisfied. I just want a room facing the pool, but I can't get it. Take the elevator away from the room. It's a pity for the elderly. 😌

Spacious, clean, nice view, quiet, friendly front line assistant, big pool and also have a gym. have 24hrs shop opposite front desk. basic household is ready; washer machine, microwave, plates and mugs.

The location was definitely awesome coz’ not far from the famous Teluk Chempedak beach. Nice clean place. But I need to highlight some hiccups. The unit we stay B5-17 the master bedroom toilet don’t have a towel holder & shower gel/shampoo holder. Imagine your having shower but you don’t know where to place yr shampoo/shower gel. The tv only 2 have pathetic channels. The fan remote were not working. But other than that the apartment was awesome.
