A basic stay when you need to catch an early flight! Nothing fancy, but gets the job done. We appreciated the set-up for families and the fact that they start serving breakfast at 4am!

they only con I can think of is, finding entrance to hotel specially after 5 pm, other than that it's a great place

I love staying here! I plan to come back here anytime I need to stay in Managua. Great staff, convenient location, and nice rooms. The food from the hotel kitchen was great too!

This place is always great I’ve come here a few times nothing supper fancy but we’ll kept, convent, and staff friendly. The only issue this time is my TV Cable box did not work and the AC took some time to cool the room but it was very comfortable when it did. But I can not complain it was a great experience again. Yes I would recommend and would come back

If you can afford $30-$40 more a night, I would recommend staying at the best Western of the road. Plus, you save yourself the five dollar cab ride from this hotel to the airport. While it is incredibly affordable, you get what you pay for. The bed was not the most comfortable and neither were the pillows. The bed sheets had small holes in them from wear and tear, and the towels were very unpleasant and difficult to drive myself with after a shower. The air conditioning also does not function very well.

I was amazed by the service here. I had arranged an airport pick up and our flight was delayed. They still had someone waiting for us outside the airport with our name on a sign to get us a taxi to the hotel. The room had air conditioning. The staff were very kind with me and my Spanglish. The breakfast was delicious. They even arranged a taxi to our next destination.

The property was clean and the staff were helpful. The included breakfast was a simple gallo pinto, scrambled eggs, slice of bread and coffee or juice. Our room was not cleaned though we were there for a week, it may have been if we asked tough we didn't. Would recommend.
