The service in the dining areas could improve. The brunch was very slow and not too special for the price.

Not conveniently located. Quite expensive. Staff was extremely nice. Room was nice, no complaints.

Moved here from another 5* same price, night and day. Now my favourite Paris hotel

Luxurious hotel with attentive staff 👍

This is a first-class hotel by any standard. The property has an old world feel with very modern features. Even though it's in the heart of Paris - the hotel is offset from the street with a large lawn and backyard terrace. You feel like you're staying in a grand chateau in the country.

Wonderful stay. The privacy of the estate, amenities and thoughtful service all contributed to our very enjoyable experience.

Beautiful location and building. The bar staff can be more accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

This might be the most beautiful hotel in the world. The decor and the building are stunning. The staff were exceptionally kind. The food was excellent, it was quiet at night and it was easy to walk from here to several major attractions. Truly a perfect place.

great stay, great breakfast. bar open very short - after dinner time only for one drink and then was closed. dangerous little stairs in the 2 floor room. rest was great

The hotel restaurant is exquisite, with superb food and an amazing wine list. Rooms are luxurious, beds super comfortable, and the staff is just amazing -- friendly and attentive to any guest need....top notch service on all fronts. I can't come up with enough superlatives to describe our experience.

Amazing hotel with amazing amenities, service, restaurants & location!

This is the most magical hotel tucked away in the heart of Paris!! It’s like a country side chateau in the city. The grounds are beautiful, the Outside dining was fantastic, the room was cozy with fab Guerlain products, the staff was top notch. I can’t say enough!!! It’s my 2nd time here and God willing won’t be my last!! Tre bien!!🇫🇷❤️🇫🇷

I loved my stay at the St James. The architecture and ambiance was old classic Paris which I love and the staff was attentitive and appreciative. Looking for a quiet escape in a country house near the city this is your chateau.
