Very friendly staff and good customer service. Rooms are a bit dated and dusty in places. Overall, pleasant stay.

Breakfast is ordered and brought to your table. Day 1 no problems but day 2 was a bit of a disaster, wrong order taken, one meal missing items. Check in was a bit chaotic, staff didn’t know how to use the system, when we got checked in, no information on breakfast etc was given. The room is incredibly hot but the fan was filthy. The layout was poor, you had to climb over the bed to get to the other side. But the ceiling shed was massive and low. Which made things awkward. There’s a lot of unnecessary decoration that takes up the limited space for your items. There was no shelf in the bathroom for your toiletries. The room needs redesigning, and there were cobwebs in the bathroom.

The room is small and there is little space to put stuff. The staff are lovely generally.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night, fantastic stay. Manager was very accomodating and couldn't do enough for you. Food and drink were amazing, couldn't fault a thing. Would highly recommend, 5 stars!!

I stay in hotels all the time for work, so like to think I know my stuff. This hotel is brilliant, great price point and great value fro money. The staff excellent, couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. Evening meal was very good and breakfast was 10/10. Room decor was nice, great size room 10/10 location great. Don’t hesitate to book this super duper hotel.

Staff were fantastic! After an admin error on my end meaning I had booked the hotel for the wrong day they were super accommodating and managed to move the days. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

Nice stay, rooms were nicely appointed. Good size en-suite. Had dinner and breakfast in hotel, both meals were very good. Would recommend getting room on top floor as it can be noisy from room above. The down is well worth a visit

Room was nice slightly on the small size but very cosy, needed a few paint touch ups here and there but was fine .

The room was very clean but cold, the window needs fixing Room 11. Nowhere much to sit apart from the bar unfortunately . Christina our hostess for dinner on Friday 21st was excellent and again for breakfast on Saturday, nothing was too much trouble for her. Rooms are very small and I think very expensive ,not good value for the money sadly.

Great stay, food fantastic!

The hotel is incredibly understaffed. Drinks and food were forgotten. The staff were very professional but so overworked they were unable to provide a good service.
