Nice pool but narrow space Much too strict and untolerant staff at restaurant. Closing breakfast and coffee machine at 9h59... All unused food thrown away in containers in a world that speaks (FAO) more and more about hungriness for more and more people makes it to disgusting...

We were at room 226. The noise from entertainment at night was something unbearable. Music was so load we couldn't even read a book or watch tv let alone try sleep. The entertainment was ok if you wanted to watch it but if you were tired and wanted to sleep early that wasn't an option. The staff were nice and helpful. The animation team were very friendly and animation was good. Food was ok and salad was great. Christmas dinner was amazing and we don't expect it to be that good. They worked hard and made it spot on. On the day before last day my partner had diarrhoea. We were all inclusive and we only ate from the hotel. The bug must came from the hotel. We had to get her medication vrom the pharmacy to make her better. That was the best ending for our holiday.

Lovely hotel in a good condition, clean and positioned well for beach. Down side too much shade by pool and sun terrace so you had to keep moving to sun

We loved our stay at the Bull Dorado Beach and Spa. The rooms are fully refurbished and like new. Large glass balconies with lovely views. Daily room service and towel change every two days. Fridge in room. Lovely outdoor pool and amazing spa. The back of hotel leads straight onto a small beach area with shallow sea to swim or snorkel. Lots of fish around the rocks. Short walk into town and the local market on Tuesdays. Staff were all very friendly and the hotel inside and out is spotlessly clean. Food is very good for a 3-star hotel. Plenty of fish, steak, salads etc. The pool bar has a selection of burgers, chicken, chips etc. as well as steak, calamari etc. made to order. Our only criticism is that there could be a little more music around the pool as it is quiet for most all the time although there are some pool activities. Also there is nothing going on until the nightly 9.30pm show. These shows are a bit hit and miss. Some are really good, but once they end at about 10pm there is nothing else going on. There is a lovely piano bar upstairs but unfortunately there was only something going on about twice during out stay. It would be nice to have nightly entertainment there. To sum up, I would definitely return to this lovely hotel and would say it was higher than a 3 star.

Hotel is nice, our receptionist was very nice and we enjoyed the hotel’s facilities. However, the following details were not what we were expecting: No drinking water in the room: go to spar we were told. Cleaning of the room. there is no daily cleaning, instead, it might be every other day. Towels for the swimming pool: only available from 9-6 and upon giving €10 per towel as deposit. if you want fresh towels daily, expect to pay €3 for each towel and at the end, expect to be deducted €1 per towel for laundry services of your used towels. It is not the amount what it bothers, rather the fact that this is not explained at the reception and a normal person going to an all inclusive hotel does not run with the wallet everywhere. These details could’ve been explained at the reception upon the check in, and considering the current situation, perhaps would make sense to ask for the credit card to make these charges, instead of asking the customers to go back to their rooms and get the money. Variety of food: meals are pretty much the same every day. Don’t expect many options and also, be early enough, the staff from restaurant seems to be on their nerves and pick up as soon as they can.

We loved our stay over here. Don't be fooled by the three star rating of the hotel. The hotel is at least a 4 star. This service is excellent and everything is so well organized with plenty of activities lined up throughout the day. The bar by the pool side is open from 10:30 all the way through to midnight!! I have uploaded a photo of the drinks menu - everything other than the drinks marked N.I are included as part of the all inclusive package.

Staff were helpful and got us a room with a better view. Generally lacks room amenities (I’m surprised basic electric kettles are not available) but we had a good stay.

Great hotel, frequented by a lot of European folk but there were a few other Brits too. Didn't really make a difference anyway, most people were genuine & polite. We took our 5 yr old boy who was made to feel welcome by families with children of other nationalities too. Hotel itself was great. All inc food was excellent, with show cooking stations daily too. Quality ice cream available all day too (loads of flavours!), and alcohol is all branded / not watered down etc. Most is self service, plus they have bottles of cava and wines which are available in abundance. Facilities all round are great, the outdoor pool was partially warm (more so in the jacuzzis) and was fine to swim in. The children's pool (quite big / not so shallow) was very warm too. They have a indoor wellness centre which is fantastic, basically a large waist-deep pool with different jacuzzi options etc, plus a Dead Sea / salt pool and sauna. There's even a sunbed there in case the sun's not out but you want a tan! all free too. We luckily didn't need it as the weather was 27 degrees most days, with only a day were we had rain. Finally there's a rooftop jacuzzi too with great views over harbour which is a must to do (and never seemed to be packed with people like you may have thought). All in all, a great hotel, really surprised it's only a 3 star. We tend to have 2 - 3 holidays a year, either Europe or the Caribbean and the service in this hotel was on a par with any, if not better.
