the rate I paid without breakfasy & its a bit high but if with breakfast than its a good deal. hotel location is very good, beach front even have to cross the road. just 1-2 minutes walking distance you reach the nice beach

Perfect. Hotel across the street to the beach. There is a pool for children. Room equipment is ok. There is a restaurant service to the room. just the check in process is a bit slow. keep it up.

The toilet very bad,not cleaned

Requested non smoking room but we can smell cigarette smoke, toilet bit smelly, requested for queen bed but didn’t get as requested. However staff very nice, room full with plugs, near with very nice beach.

Hotel overall ok. Location close to the beach. The beach area is beautiful and not crowded.

Clean bathroom is not clean. The shower shower didn't work, had to use iron water to shower. Coffee cups as well as electric kettle also wash clean. Please expect hotel management to take action against housekeeping. Breakfast is not a great option provided by the hotel, it is normal. Prefer guests to find breakfast near the outdoors. Take the Puteri Beach cross the road, opposite the hotel. Swimming pools are just as good.

The hotel room is a bit less attractive, looking worn out. OK size. Smelly water and slower drainage, water stained bath. The pool water is a bit dirty.

Close to the beach, berbaloi and good service from hotel staff.

Require more maintenance on Air-condition and room refresh. Thanks

Blanket dirty yellow-yellow ade, old towel, no in-room refrigerator, staff ok.

Stay at level 6. - Water drip from toilet ceiling - Door auto close broken - No refrigerator - Aircond slow - No carpet - Have tv but broken remote, hard to use, picture also not very clear pros - Near beach - Plenty food stall - Not crowded.

The hotel is charming. Just comment on the floor that was not rubbed and sandy when I checked in. It is not comfortable. Must have a small fridge for improvement. Food needs to be improved in terms of menu to be worth the price to pay for who will pay for additional individuals. Women workers are less professional at check-outs where they scold other employees before customers. Smile face reaction (1215hrs - check out time: 25/11/2018). I love it because of the location and it's quite peaceful.

Beachfront hotel, many food outlets next to the hotel. Large rooms only need to improve the furniture and long-standing conditions.

The pool is too small and is located behind the kitchen.
