My family and I had to find another replacement hotel as our previous hotel has not been accommodating. We stayed at Mercure a couple of years ago, we decided to see if we can book which lucky we did and we stayed at Mercure at this last trip. The hotel is close to everything, our favourite coffee shop is across the road, Coffee Corner, which was recommended by hotel staff member the previous trip, barber shop, spa and beauty salon are around the corner. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when we arrived. They were making sure we are comfortable. one of the room was not ready when we arrived, however they made it ready by the time we finished our welcome drink :) We have recommended the hotel to our friends and family for their trip. There is no direction of prayer in the room, the balcony is dirty

Room availability at check in time at 5.20 the room was not ready, and the wifi was not good.

I've stayed here twice, the hotel is quite close to Legian Beach on foot.

Hotel location is good to go anywhere in south Bali. Staff were nice and friendly. But need to improve check-in time. We arrived hotel at 2:30, but entered the room at 3:30. Everything was good except that one.

It's okay, but unfortunately when I entered the room the aroma was unpleasant, smelly and damp. Finally I asked to move rooms. Is it because the hotel is old? If it's clean, it's already clean by hotel standards in general.

The location is very strategic to go everywhere, close to Alfamart, Circle, places to eat, the beach and close to laundry by the kilo ehehehe.

The staff is actually friendly, but when there is an urgent need, it is difficult to call them. Even though when checking in they informed me that if you need anything, you can call FO. Clean rooms, clean pool, delicious food. Can walk to Legian and Kuta beaches. Stayed here for the second time and was quite satisfied.

The location is near Legian Beach, easy access to tourist attractions.

The facilities are very old, the room is so small. The water in the swimming pool smells bad and seems not clean. And the swimming pool is not big as the picture looks like. The price of this hotel is not fair. I have stayed at another hotel in June, which is more closer to the beach, and with larger room, but almost half price from Mecure. I have been travelled in bali for many times. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in Bali. I am very disappointed. The room service staff are passionate and very nice, but there is a girl at the reception seems not happy. She would rather serve White People than serve me-an asia face people. She always wear a fake and cold smile. Anyway, other staffs are very nice. Not recommended, with this price, you have many other good choices.

The hotel is comfortable to stay with family, the location is also very suitable for those who like to travel, but the food at the hotel during breakfast in my opinion, the taste of the food is not very good and the food menu is very lacking.

Great location, clean room, cozy.

Had to wait around 30 mins for check in process, but we could drop our baggage first and received welcome drink. The room well prepared, nice and clean. The cons is the lighting, but its OK for me. Various menu for breakfast, have 2 pool (near the restaurant and at 4th floor) which nice. Location near the Legian beach and tourist area (restaurant/art market) also not too far from airport (need to take car/bycycle). Good service from all the staffs. So far we have a great experience at Mercure Legian!
