Pretty clean room, although easy to hear people in the next door room. No shower curtain or glass to stop water getting all over the bathroom, which was strange. Great location next to the airport though and staff were pleasant.

Property was great. We had forgotten our passports and wallet in the safe. When we went back, safe was opened and everything was missing. Spent the day filing police report, then to embassy for replacement.

Am biased as I love Rotterdam anyway but this hotel is as it always is - very good.

Lobby area and main floor are nice and clean. Staff at check in were kind and helpful. However, when you get out of the elevator on the 4-6 floor, you quickly realize where this hotel fails. Everything is grungy, mostly the carpet. Rooms are a good size and quiet being at the airport. The beds are basically foam toppers on a fabric box springs. Was the most convenient stay to fly out at 7am. Otherwise, would definitely find something else.

Good hotel, staff were nice, efficient, clean, good location right next to the airport and a bus every 10-15 minutes into town. Would stay there again.

The room is not clean and I need to reset my room card everyday although I live in there continually three days. The staff can’t fix it.

We arrived late at night, yet the bar offered delicious snacks such as carpaccio and bitterballen. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in walking distance from Rotterdam Airport.

not safe shower by wet floor because of kids risk slipped fell over wet floor and they are deaf and I cant hear that hope refund to me asap

carpet had marks on it some looked like burn marks. Bed has some soft mattress topper not comfy at all.

Rooms were dirty with stains on the carpet and also some hairs on the bedlinnen and in the shower. The location was perfect and breakfast good but we are not choosing this one another time

The staff at the reception in the evening of the 20th were so great, thank you to the two young ladies that helped myself and my two colleagues with our booking.

Geat hotel and friendly staff throughout. Evening meal was of good quality
