My family booked one President Suite, three Family Suites, and one Twin Suite. However, our stay was not as expected for the following reasons: The President Suite did not have a refrigerator, which was quite surprising for this room category. Bottled water was placed on a tray alongside the complimentary coffee and tea. The hotel did not clearly state that bottled water costs 15,000 VND per bottle, nor did it specify which bottles were free, as there were different sizes. This could easily lead to misunderstandings. In one of the Family Suites, a tile in the sink area fell and hit my granddaughter's foot. Fortunately, she was not seriously injured, but no staff member inquired about her well-being or apologized afterward, which was very disappointing for my family. The hairdryer was too small and weak, so it took a very long time to dry our hair. During our stay, the elevator broke down, trapping my mother, my sister, and my granddaughter inside. This was a very frightening experience. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. I expected better service and facilities. Unfortunately, I will never return to this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel has a great location and decent facilities and furnishings. However, there are too many swiftlet farms in the surrounding area, causing noise pollution. I don't understand how they're allowed to raise swiftlets in the heart of a tourist city.

khách sạn River thuộc loại khá tốt Tại Hà Tiên. Tôi đánh giá cao phương án PCCC, có cầu thang thoát hiểm riêng và cửa chống cháy, có lối thoát bằng thang dây. Tuy nhiên khách sạn cần chủ động hơn trong việc chuẩn bị máy phát điện dự phòng khi lưới điện bị ngắt. Việc không có điện kịp thời sẽ rất ảnh hưởng đến khách lưu trú.
