The shampoo and soap were empty. I thought they would be refilled when the room was cleaned, but it turned out they were empty for the three days I stayed. The pillows were very hard, making sleeping uncomfortable. The room was dirty, with cobwebs visible in some areas. The water heater was very dirty and looked unfit for use.

I've stayed at this hotel three times. Just yesterday, I was very disappointed. I booked a room on the app with one bed, then upon check-in, I was given two beds combined. They said the complaint was made on the app. How could I complain at that time? The hotel should have coordinated with the app before searching for a room in the system. I stayed in room 1111. The hotel's Wi-Fi was very weak, practically non-existent. I was very disappointed, not to mention the exhaust fan in the toilet didn't work. When I checked in, we were told to wait even though I reported at 2:00. How come the room wasn't ready? Check-out is at 12:00, so it should have been ready. We're from the area, so we wanted a quick break. Not recommended.

The room was dirty, full of small cockroaches, and the bathroom was a bit yellowed. However, the food was delicious and varied, and the staff was friendly. Hopefully, the cleanliness can be improved.

Great, close to everything, and most importantly, close to the mosque. So, Muslim men can pray in congregation at the mosque. 👍
