The breakfast was very good

Really loved the roominess of bedroom and bathroom. Beds very comfortable and everything very clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Check in and staff were great. Do not like the new 4pm check-in time. Breakfast was awesome and was the deciding factor for staying again.

Room was very clean but toilet was very loud when flushed and rooms not sound proofed in middle of the night we could hear people walking around staff very nice and helpful breakfast was ok bar and restaurant was very nice and good food

Staff were friendly enough but the rooms and property need a good overall and updating . Our complimentary breakfast was appreciated but was cold and bery limited .

the hotel was acceptable however, not great. At checkin, we were told no room service the following day. as we were staying 2 days, that was 50% of time room not done. I found the breakfast very basic . taste was medium to low. As well, the room had no safe. That being said, the great part of the stay was the employees. without exception all were welcoming, polite and helpful.

The breakfast is awesome! Decent hotel with comfortable beds. Check in was easy and all the staff we met where nice.

The attached Moose and Crown restaurant had excellent staff and very tasty food with generous servings! The hotel staff were friendly and responded to our needs. The air conditioner was not working and should be cleaned but a portable one was brought to our room. The elevator was out of order when we checked in and the next morning when we checked out. We are seniors so climbing steps to the third floor with luggage was a bit challenging. The room itself was large and well arranged.

Had a nice 1 night stay over in Gander. The hotel is older, but very clean. The stall was very nice.

The furniture in the room was well worn, bed, pillows and towels were good. Included breakfast was excellent

The menus for the restaurant in the bar were good. The breakfast although small was very good. The sinks and the toilets in the bathroom in the rooms were very low hard for seniors to get up. Although the hotel appears to be dated, it was clean and good food options.
