Location, professional staff, great food and pleasant sleep

This is a very conveniently located property. We used the parking lot in the back for about $15 which made it easy and worth it. They have a nice jacuzzi spa area downstairs to use. Room was pretty spacious. Blackout blinds could have blacked out more. Only woken up twice, at 2 and 4 by drunk people outside but it was a weekend.

Nice area in bialystok downtown and friendly staff but definitely not a 4 star quality, the washroom water pressure was really weak, i could barely shower.. and the hallway lights were broken so it was very dark, the unit is mostly carpet but it seemed very dirty.

Overall very nice experience

It has been 5 years since I have been here. Previous to COVID we came every year or so. The property is always clean. Service is exceptional. Stafford pleasant. The only place I stay when we're in Białystok.

This hotel is perfect for staying in Bialystok. It is very clean and comfortable and 20 minute walk to the train station. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Great location, close to Centrum and all the places to see in Bialystok. Staff art Hotel and Resturant were super friendly.

Hotel is in a good position in the old town. The spa facilities and small gym were very good. Staff were courteous and helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel but I’m sure we wouldn’t have been disappointed. The room was a good size and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel increased prices a lot and I had impression breakfast is lower quality than before…2-3 years ago.
