The bathroom water was black, the toilet was a bit clogged, the towels were a bit smelly, and the sheets were yellow.

The hotel staff were all friendly, and the rooms also provided prayer equipment and a Quran. It was close to Braga, and overall, everything was satisfactory. Thank you, The Naripan Hotel.

The hotel's location is very close to Braga, making it very easy to get around. The room was comfortable, but it lacked soundproofing and the door was a bit difficult to open. There was a water heater, but using it slowed down the shower flow. The towels, sheets, and blankets were no longer white and smelled of chlorine. Overall, however, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.

The door was hard to lock and unlock. The lock was still manual. It was a hassle to carry the key. The sheets were dirty. The AC leaked. The walls were moldy. There was no soap in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly. However, the air conditioning in the room I booked wasn't working properly, and the lights were dim and lacked proper lighting. Please improve this and make it neat and clean for a more comfortable stay. And provide proper parking for easier parking.

The rooms are dark, and the deluxe rooms are even more eerie than the standard rooms. Privacy is compromised because staff enter rooms without guest confirmation when guests are out.

The hotel is very old, drinking water must be obtained from the dispenser. The room tiles are lifted, making it difficult to trip. Amenities are basic. The room's AC leaked, so I asked the staff for help, thinking they were fixing it, but they just used a trash can to catch it. Calling reception was very difficult.

I came during a dance competition at the cultural building, just a short walk away. And also during the Asia-Africa Festival, it was very close.
