My first experience staying at this hotel with a complete group (wife + two toddlers), initially got a room with broken tiles, and had to move rooms 3 times, finally got a room that was habitable, the service was good and very friendly, so far I really like staying here because it is close to the mosque and Bandung city square, access to places to eat and public transportation is very easy, next trip will stay here again

I give the hotel staff a thumbs up. They are friendly and quick. The room is spacious, I think it's quite spacious. Now, about the cleanliness of the room. Initially, I got room 412, then because the toilet was problematic, I ended up being moved to 407. Room 412 was clean, but room 407 was not so clean, in my opinion. The hotel is nice, strategic location, please upgrade it a bit. Because I know, this hotel is quite old.

Front desk staff is not friendly. When asked about Wi-Fi password, she said the printer is broken and cannot print the password out. Finally, I had to ask her to write it down before she finally provided me with the password.

The service was very disappointing. We arrived at 4 p.m. and were still made to wait about 20 minutes. When we asked a second time, the receptionist responded in a disapproving tone, even though we were tired and wanted to rest. After leaving it for a while, it got better but it was still dirty, I still insisted on changing rooms, I was given a room on the new floor, the room was nice like a hotel, not a reddorz, the hotel was old, it looked like a building, furniture, only on the 3rd floor when it was changed it was quite like a real hotel, at first glance it was 2 stars, only the blankets, the sheets were no longer white, the breakfast was just ordinary, my 1 year old nephew on the 1st floor was crying in the room, he was moved to the 3rd floor and then he was quiet, it seems the floor is scary for children under 2 years old, I suggest the hotel to try to renovate the building, interior, etc. and the sheets too, it's a shame with a strategic location with Braga and Asia Afrika.
