An expensive overpriced dormitory, cannot be considered a hotel.

We are not used to staying at a level of property as this. I’d give it 1.5 stars. The pillows were horrible, the towels were something you might find at a High School gym.

If you’re looking for a wonderful stay in Leysin, this is your spot! Carole was amazing - so chaleureuse and Pedro was too! I loved the room and the bar/breakfast was delightful with an alpine view!

Excellent service! I had no idea that meals where included in the stay, a nice bonus! Buffett had a good assortment of options. The rooms are a dated and mattresses a little uncomfortable but you can’t beat the value and views!

We stayed in a 5 bed-room, it looked exactly like in the photo. It was cosy but lots of shelving space in the room and the bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast was a fair basic spread...no fresh fruit, no croissants or scrambled eggs.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. This hotel is closest to telecabines so for families on ski trips it’s perfect.

The rooms are quite spacious which is nice and the staff is quite polite with exception to one quite rude lady. You have all the amenities you’d expect and they work well, and for a ski hotel I suppose the breakfast is quite alright and the prices are fair. Only odd thing in my opinion is that the area below the bed seems to never have been cleaned, and there was dust, dirt, wrappings, an empty bottle, an axe spray,... But overall a good experience

Except for the hotel staff, we had a terrible stay at this hotel. We were given double beds that were Murphy beds and we couldn’t put beds together. So, my husband and I slept on separate beds for four nights. Our room was a connecting room, so we felt as if we had guests on each side of our room in the room with us. Walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Zero privacy! On top of that, the hotel was full of children who were running on the hallways, knocking on doors, yelling until late hours, etc. Breakfast was decent. My husband and I couldn’t wait to leave and we are not coming back.

Helpful staff but disappointed by lack of hotel parking & size of rooms.

The front desk employee Gaëtan couldn’t have been more nice and more helpful, we had an incredible experience in leysin. The staff at the restaurant as well were perfect and very professional. Thank you all

Great summer family one night stay. It felt like a classic ski hotel, definitely a little dated and frayed at the edges, but great Service/Staff, clean room, and fantastic (safe) raised bunk beds for our 7, 10 year old kids. Lovely Breakfast buffet choices and a lovely balcony and view.

we had a nice stay, knowing that we would arrive after midnight they gave me the code for the door and left me the rooms key on the desk.

Staff was very helpful. Break was good as well. Although they have renovated the hotel, it looked a little bit outdated. However, for 3* hotel it was more than OK.

The location is good but the condition and clean part of the room are questionable. The dinner is very good. The breakfast is ok. The view of the dinning area is nice. If my room is less buggy and with less odor, I would be much more satisfied.
