I booked a double bed but got a single bed. I called to inquire, and the staff said, "I'm sorry, customer, but the rooms are full and we can't change you. It's the hotel's fault." (I didn't mind that.) I just wanted to hear that. But I was bothered by the question of whether they would refund the money. It was a day when all the hotels in the province were fully booked. I wanted them to use softer words to express my disappointment at not getting what I booked. At that moment, a million negative thoughts flooded my mind: "Does the hotel not care about customers because there are so many exam-taking students?" That was how I felt.
