TV not functioning, toilet Door can't lock. Late check up only allow 30 minutes for FOC. Sound proof are really bad.

No lift. I have to climb third floor. Ok for a budget hotel

The room was give to me ,the aircond was very noisy, aircond bunyi bising, when operate, it look like old aircond blower and I suggest do change new aircond blower and service ,tq.

Even though it is on the 2nd floor without a lift, the room is clean and the accommodations are OK. Near the desired RS and Malay food is below

Arriving at the hotel, we had a problem with the train we were using, but the hotel staff was very helpful, they immediately called a mechanic. There are two receptionist men, they are very kind and friendly. There are also 2 room boys who are very good and fast working. The younger ones were very helpful quickly when we asked him to clean the room. The location of the hotel is close to restaurants and malls. Just 5 minutes walk to Ampang Point Mal. Restaurant just by going down the stairs, but the hotel does not have an elevator. It's a bit difficult if you carry a large bag of luggage. But overall this hotel is highly recommended.

Clean hotel and comfortable to stay.

Worse room, worse customers services. Some more, you have to climb up to 50 step of staircase. Just to check in and another 25 step of staircase to your room.

Comfy and feels good. Cheap but reasonable.

Not level 3, the lower level is empty. Floors use carpet, very uncomfortable. Plug times can be used, hot water is not good, tv channel is the most sad, Iron is on level 1 only!

Great room and comfort. But the problem is, no lift provided. The counter is on level 1, which 40 steps to go on stairs. When check in, they give me rooms on level 3 which double steps to go! So tired and waste time to go up and down.

The only access stairway to the hotel is located above the restaurant. It is not recommended for those who bring other parents who need a wheelchair. elevator not available.

The location is easy to find but the hotel does not have a lift and needs to go upstairs very much because the new third floor is there reception. Ok room is comfortable because it is spacious and reasonably priced. But the bathroom smelled. The floor of the room is slippery. Room for 3 people but only 2 towels. There are only 2 Wall plugs.

The room looked exactly like the pictures, spacious, comfy and super clean. The sales which I get is definitely worth for the value, the family room is big enough. Just the mattress is not good, feel like my body Against the spring, body ache after next day wake u. No lift need to carry the baggage up. Anywhere everything is worth for the money!!

This hotel is better, no need, to work together again. There are staff who are not polite and brash. As a customer, I was shouted at.

Booked rooms, not as requested. Because, before booking and after making a payment, I confirmed with the hotel counter to book the room on the 3rd floor, because at that time, the room was empty, but, upon arriving at the hotel, I found the room on the 2nd floor, this time the second happened like this, hoped the hotel, improved the quality of service, hoped such a thing, would not happen again.
