Great hotel, great location Has everything we needed/wanted for a little break away in half term. Family of 5 and they put us in rooms next to eachother

Amazing stay in this lovely hotel! The breakfast was gorgeous, and Cosco is a true superstar. Xavi at reception is a real professional, and all the reception team are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spa is simply lovely. This is not just a place to visit — it’s a paradise to live in. I highly recommend it! A big shout-out to all the hardworking staff and management. You can truly feel the love here.

Great value with lots of facilities, including complimentary access to the spa, bike rental & storage, good breakfast. Bed uncomfortable though.

We came during the low season, we had everything we needed, we are grateful 🙏

The cooks in the restaurant are rude

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were excellent, with special mention for Libby, Daniela, Fran and Juan-Jose. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable and ideally situated close to local restaurants, bars and the beach. That said we enjoyed the hotel’s bars and dining facilities too. The quality of the fresh food was good and seemed to cover all dietary choices. The Saloon Bar did feel like a crèche in the evening with children racing around despite the child related activities (ages 3 - 6) ending at 2100. Fortunately the SkyBar tended to be more adult orientated. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Nice hotel, courteous staff. The rooms need soundproofing. I could hear the person snoring in the next room. Also, heavy chairs being dragged across marble floors make for a very noisy environment.

Good was good . Staff were lovely. Hotel was clean. Several bits of Gym equipment and most of the spa were faulty. The sauna worked , but the door to it didn’t. The ice cave was not cold . The steam room was just warm ….

This is a lovely hotel, ideally situated near the shops and restaurants of Can Picafort. Breakfast options are varied and good quality. The pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available and sloping steps which are ideal for those who struggle with ladders. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying the rooftop bar, we saw some beautiful sunsets there and the views of the surrounding area are magnificent.

Nice stay, they also earn money from guests with the drink options in the dinner, even if you book half-board with dinner included it does not include drinks, they charge high prices for a small coke or for a water, you might end up spend a lot only on the drinks. There is an Aldi close to it where you can buy drinks for less than 1 euro each can or bottle while they charge 2.90 or 4+ euro for each, be aware.

Staff were very welcoming and professional. I liked the choice of food for breakfast and the overall atmosphere. The bathrooms were spotless and the size of the room very decent. I would add some usb sockets and a trash bin in the sleeping area of the room.

In a great location, with a lot to offer (yoga class etc), nice multiple outside/indoor pools, nice parking lot and more. All this with a super reasonable price. Definitely will visit again!

We enjoyed a lot our stay in the Granvista. It was clean, safe, quiet, lots of activities for everyone, amazing staff. Our apartment was on the top floor so we could enjoy the sun on our terrace. The kitchen was quite well equipped but there was no condiments at all. Not a big deal, but if you want to cook - you need to buy basically everything. There is plenty of big shops around with Aldi being on the other side of the road. What surprised us a bit, the tv didn’t had any Netflix or YouTube, just Spanish tv (always with dubbing). Overall we had very pleasant stay and we would recommend it for sure! Thank you! Gracias :)

Well appointed hotel with so many facilities. Super clean and super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider it again if in Can Picafort.

Massage was excellent, spa and indoor pool great for time of year (Apr), lovely staff and great hotel, will be going back! (Mini bar is available on request not automatic fyi lol)

The staff were nice. Location was good and within walking distance to the street market, restaraunts, beach and tour pickups. Lots of options for the in house buffets and we had some fun entertainment each night. Small issue with showers slow to drain. Bigger issue was the beds, like sleeping on a park bench and had to use the extra comforters to provide a bit of cushion. That said, my mom loved her bed.

The hotel was friendly and clean, the staff were helpful. The room was well aid out and spacious this particular room did not have a proper shower tray with a door or a towel rail which would have been better. The balcony view of this room was to the rear of the hotel no pleasant gardens or anything just views out over residential properties and the car park which can be a little noisy at times with cars and dogs barking etc.
