What an experienced. Booking with traveloka for 2 twin bedroom with city view but my booking was tranfered to agoda for single bedroom without window. Even the cost was different for what i booked with traveloka than what i got with agoda. When asked the receptionist, he said they don't used traveloka anymore since last year but their property still available at traveloka. Ermmm.. Hotel management should find better solution on this rather than just pointing to the apps problem.

The room is cramped, there is no prayer room. Smelly toilet, itchy sheets. Go out to eat for a while, enter the room smelling of cigarettes. I don't know who sneaked in. No more staying here. Just waste the money.

Lack of soundproof. Too much noise during the day during the staff doing cleaning. The floor was also quite sticky when wet, seems like it is not being mop so well. The tv got no remote control, hence it was hard to change channel and volume etc. Apart from that, it was quite ok for your budget. The whole room has plenty of wall sockets.

Close to city area, restaurant nearby, ok.

Location is strategic, easy to find.

Overall the price is reasonable. Near bamdara. Next je shell gn burger king. Dkt je. But the toilet was dirty. Definitely the door is not safety. Because the chain lock is removed. Parking is a little bit awkward when noon, the other is bole

The room is so dirty. Lots of hairs on bed. I don't think they tidy the room or not. The receptionist is also unfriendly. Really disgusting! It's nightmare. Trust me.

Rooms are ok and spacious there is room for prayer. Only the bathroom is dirty little. But it's ok. Staff pon ok. First read all the reviews, and I try to check in this hotel. Alhamdulillah all ok. Chanel TV please add. At least ade all the regular channels, just enough.

We are pleased to have a comfortable room, a good receptionist. Only the iron provided facilities are not satisfactory. Please let the hotel provide a non-trolled iron.

Attentive and helpful receptionist. For RM51 per night, I believe the room is comfortable enough for a short stay and I will surely come again.

It has an elevator, has in-room water heater, has large mirrors, has good air conditioners, is located very near to all known malls in Kuantan, has many parking spaces (though not theirs, just get the one-day parking coupon from the nearest 7-Eleven and you're good to go). I stayed in a family room with one queen bed and two single beds, it's actually two separate rooms sharing one bathroom, almost like a connecting room but only has one main door. We love it but note that their room is not always prepared on time. So you might have to wait upon check in. Bad service for such an awesome hotel.

Value for money. The hotel is in a good location close to many shops and with lift. However, they need to improve on toilet's condition and cleanliness.

Overall OK except that dirty toilet was mossy and room was plenty of mosquitoes. Request a tear cleaner on the floor & toilet wall.
