Rooms are small! No balcony! You have to pay for valet parking 49$ per night which they do not tell you! Pay $400 room fee extra that’s wasn’t included when booking online.

Rooms are not comfortable

Very comfortable, easy access to the beach, the guys taking care of the chairs and umbrellas were excellent.coffee shop very nice. Check in staff very efficient.

Highly recommend

I have been staying at the Nautilus for the past couple years and have always really enjoyed it. The staff are incredible helpful and kind. The rooms are comfortable. This year it was evident that the outside of the property needs some TLC. Around the pool, the decking is coming up, which I injured myself on. Likewise, the cabanas were not as well kept and maintained as usual. The decking and cabanas could use an overhaul. Otherwise, everything was great.

Beach access

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had some minor room issues which were fixed right away. The main areas are nicely decorated. The rooms could use some updating and bleach in the shower. The paint was bubbling up on the only small table in the room.

Lobby and grounds were really nice. The room, which was a premium ocean front balcony room, was small, and in rough condition. Lots of scuffing and staining on walls and ceiling (which gave it an old, dirty feel) that needs to be painted,air vents were cover in the stucco used to secure them to the wall and ceiling that need to be replaced. The whole room needs to be sanded and repainted and the old chipped up furniture replaced. There were also no night stands on the sides of the bed. The bathroom was very small, very low ceilings (like 7 feet), with an old shower that the caulking has been patched over so many that it's falling off and discolored. The shower need to be redone and the bathroom sanded, repainted and better lighting installed. The gym was dirty (does not appear that it, nor the equipment is cleaned too often), had no towels available until late in the morning, and the sanitation wipes were stuck in the dispenser and usable. Also, the hallway to our room was very dark, painted very dark, and extremely poorly lit. All in all, the staff was great, the lobby and grounds were really nice, the room we were in needs to be redesigned, sanded, painted, and the furniture replaced. The gym needs a deep cleaning, the hallways need lighter paint and better lighting. This was not what I expected for a AAA 4 diamond Sonesta ocean front room, so much so that we cut our stay short. I won't stay at a Sonesta again, unless I stayed before and know it's a good property.

Great stay at the Nautilus. Staff at the pool and beach were amazing. Food was great. My son wanted to eat dinner at their restaurant every night. We will definitely be back

The bathroom was too small and front desk was not friendly. Hotel was overcrowded and overpriced.

La gente que trabaja es muy educada y servicial, desde la persona que nos hizo el check in hasta las mozas del restaurant. Pero el hotel deja mucho que desear, esta muy descuidado. No lo recomiendo para parejas, si para familias ya que esta lleno de niños.

Hotel staff was very attentive and the room was clean! The pool and beach were easily accessible!! Food was very good!! I highly recommend staying at this hotel. All the restaurants were nearby and food was delicious.

Loved it! We had a wonderful relaxing experience here, Beach, pool, 2 bars, rooftop yoga classes, coffee shop in the lobby, and really good coffee machine in the room. Can't wait to come back!!

The chef was amazing, and the food and service were exceptional. The bartender, Mike, will have me refer clients to this hotel. He made sure that we had whatever we needed and took care of all of our after-dinner experiences, from drinks to personal touches with the music to personality! He is a keeper! Tell him Joi said to keep bringing joy into the guest's lives.
