Do not recommend to stay at this hotel. The location is in an improper building, take an elevator with an unpleasant odor and have to pass through dirty and dirty halls. We waited quite a long time for check-in because the owner / guard wasn't there. Plus the owner can't speak English. so it's difficult to communicate. The condition of the room and bathroom is very narrow. No mineral water and blankets and sheets that smell of cigarettes are not provided.

Dirty rooms, do not provide drinks in the room, do not match what is described in the application.

I stayed there for 4 nights. Room number 2. The place is near mongkok mtr near ladies market near sneaker street. The toilet’s door was broken so we could not close it when we take a shower. I have to push it till I’m done. The staff did not give us extra blanket when we asked for it.

The rooms are dirty, smelly and small.

The hotel is rather old-fashioned and the lights are really dim.

Awful! Plan to spend 2 nights there, but at the end we cancelled it for 1 night. I know that we'll get random room, but this one is absolutely not cool. We moved to another floor (got 5 instead of 14 as per their address), entering the smokey alley. So different with the picture provided. The reception cannot speak English, so we're using Google voice translator to speak to each other. The room is smokey as well, no window and found small cockroach. TV, AC, water heater quite well function. Maybe in HK, we can tell you get what you've paid. Even I'm already lowering my expectation, but this one still disappoint us. Absolutely not coming back there.

The room is a lot bigger compared to other cheap hotels in HK but this is more like a motel. There are tenants who smoke in the building, including one of the receptionists. The staff/owner does not speak english.

Upon arriving at the receptionist of the Sun Hing Bulding building, I was confused because he could not english, we were transferred to another building about 150 meters, next to the adult karaoke place, it turns out alhamdulillah room is very nice and comfortable from our order, rehab, clean, cute interior, exterior view window, complete and quite spacious from other rooms in hongkong, only wifi not yet available because new rooms, location near where, ladies market, langham place mall, sneaker street, cheap shop shop shop , bus stop, mrt mongkok station and yau mai tei, and crowded streets of visitors, the lack of just looking for halal food is rather difficult,

Receptionist does not exist. who keeps the child abg, does not understand english. no love hints about AC (old mdl), etc. The mandarin instructions were confused. i stay 2 days but the rooms are not clean in. There is a pot to cook water but it is old and broken.

Room layout was very small. It's difficult to move.
