Everything is good, the bed is comfortable. Housekeeping is good, the counter guard is friendly & the best. Only the service from the night security guard is not good, he lacks manners. I heard a bad conversation from him, to my family as a customer. This is the last time I stay there. Thank you

This my second stay here, everything was fine but it really far when I want to going to convenience store and the mall (Aman central) it was 9-11 minute by grab sometime it really hard to find a grab but the receptionist will help me to booked taxi but different fare will charge me. That why I only using grab. I also accidentally booked room on 27 instead of 20 of April, Thank to receptionist that allow cancellation without charge me. Overall I like staying here.

I was happy staying here, my room very small but just fine for only 1 persone for me not the issue. For ironing station it not nice when there only available at outdoor it will great if there put in the room. I have talked to the receptionist about my bedsheets was have some dirty not from me even I try reconfirm either that from me or not with is I sleep with my black long pant but I refuse that my pant was out the color like that. Then she said to housekeeping to check if the dirty cannot removed they will charge me, I was shocked when she mentioned like that, well I tell to her it not from me.

I was driving back from thailand as it was getting dark, i thought better rest and continue my journey back to KL next day hotel in industrial area, factories small room, windowless hardly space to pray (for muslim) just good enough to sleep and leave next morning

It looks like a new building.. the rooms and stuffs are new looking. clean but there are unpleasant scent outside the hotel and no lift. It's ok to have no lift but it should be mention clearly in the advertisement. overall a pleasant stay so far.
