Very easy and friendly checkin. Room was lovely - clean and well set out. Right over the road is the Cam River & a gorgeous park. A stunning location.

Prompt action to fix an issue with bathroom exhaust fan. Nice meal at restaurant next door.

The way the staff were very accommodating, I had recently had another knee replacement and when I asked if I could have a room on the ground level they were very helpful in letting us have one. Friendly and helpful staff.

Could not fault staff, parking was a breeze, very clean and tidy room. Cosmetically needs an update and some general maintenance eg. Fan in bathroom was taped to window, poorly patched paint work on entey door with two different coloured paints

A great option in this part of the state. Unfortunately the restaurant was out of action at the time of our visit.

Checking in took longer than expected, staff on hand placed an incoming call above priority of guests checking in instead of saying “I will call you back”.
