A very comfortable stay. Lovely staff.

I would except a bit comfy and clean this hotel . Room was average and beds are softer than normal . Kettle was rusty that I took it to the reception then they replaced it . Stayed 2 nights in the Easter term but I don’t choose again

Very clean. The staff were excellent. Room service food was delicious and delivered piping hot and quickly. Facility is aged and needs some basic maintenance, there was a tear in the carpet which was a trip hazard. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked beautifully. Overall I would recommend staying here for the cleanliness and comfort.

I made an error on my booking date, but the lady in charge went out of her way to arrange a room for me. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive and the meal was delicious

The management of this property truly understand the meaning of hospitality. My sister had to go to the Emergency Dept at Maitland Hospital and needed surgery. I was staying in a large room bur needed to downsize and book 2 rooms. The owner allowed me to go to a smaller room first thing in the morning and gave me 2 rooms at a more affordable price than the internet. GREAT PLACE!!!
