The location was really good, close proximity to Niigata Station. The room and bathroom is your typical average size Japanese hotel room and combo bathroom. When we stayed in early March the hotel’s AC system was programmed to heater only which was too warm so we had to turn it off and keep the window cracked open for air. The area is not very noisy even at night so that was a plus. Breakfast was a highlight of this hotel and that made up for the other shortcomings. The selections were plentiful and they had food offerings that were specialties of Niigata.

Friendly staff, great location. A lot of food around the area and very close to the main train station. Walking distance to a nice Sake brewery.

Semi-double is spacious, enough for my yoga mat and I could stretch my arms out. Water pressure good, hot (4th floor); walls a bit thin (woken up by next door’s snoring). Breakfast was overwhelming. Eat up for your 2,009¥ breakfast and you won’t need any more food for the day! Bath was nice, but could be 1-2C hotter. Will return next time I come to work @universitybbb

お目当ての朝ごはんは期待通りとっても良かったです。美味しく炊けたご飯と種類豊富なおかず、ご飯の共、そのほかにも多数あったお料理、お茶、大変美味しくいただきました。ホテル自体は普通のビジネスホテルで、部屋は小さいけれどきれいでした、最近改装されたようです。

It is near station about 4 mins walk, near by have a lot of food to eat.

Staff are very accommodating, clean and comfty bed, amazing breakfast. Near train station and restaurants, very convenient.

I was very impressed with the facilities here. The room was extremely clean and the bathing pools were great. I really enjoyed my breakfast too and thought the food selection was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was close to the train station and a Pleasant stay. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious too. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel. My single room was a bit small however,but the staff at the front desk, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. The breakfast was nice because it featured Niiigata rice and local dishes!! Perfect! Good location and there is a convenience store connected to the hotel.Convenient! Try it once--you'll enjoy it!!!

it was good enough foe the price. service was great, location was great, little bit run down but overall with that price range, I will stay again.

The hotel is simple with a no frills approach. The room was clean enough but nothing fancy. Great location about 5 minutes from the main train station on foot and within walking distance to everything downtown. An OK place for a night while passing through but I wouldn't want to be based here for a week.
