The hotel is really deteriorated. We had to be chanted to an other room as the 1st one was smelly, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the bathroom looked very deteriorated. The 2nd room was much better. In another hand, when I made the reservation of the 2 rooms, I asked to be close to each other as we are a family with children. When we arrived we were told that the rooms were on the same floor but not close. “Curiously”, there we got changed, we were moved to the room that was just in front of the other. They didn’t make any effort to be accommodated close even that there was a room available in the same category. I won’t come back neither recommend it.

The room was lovely and the staff were friendly.

Basic hotel

One night stay before a flight to Sao Paulo, close to the airport. Breakfast very poor in provisional room because the remodeling. Airport shuttle is expensive, considering the distance and that the other options for transportation have similar prices.

Elevator was down so we had to carry luggage up 11 flights of stairs in the dark after a 9 hour flight with no help from staff for full price. Floors soaking wet and dirty, asked for a room on a lower floor and were denied

Ideal for a quick stopover, this hotel is just an 8-minute drive from SSA airport. The convenience and proximity make it an excellent choice for transit travelers. Highly recommended!

Close to the airport and quite reasonable.

Would have given the property 5 stars for service if not for the surly evening front desk guy. Real doofus. The women on the front desk in the morning were exceptional and saved my opinion of the service. Great ladies. Very good breakfast. Overall very nice hotel.

I’m Brazilian but I live in the US. In Brazilian standards, this is a great hotel. US standards though, it’s ok. What i definitely DID NOT like was internet. I was unable to use wifi at all in my room for 3 days. I had to work downstairs. If wifi is a must for you, make sure wifi is consistently working before you settle in a room.

Has a very polite desk service staff, even though it was frustrating for me that no one could speak any English at all. That being said, they make a great effort to help!

Gostei muito do hotel. Atendimento, café da manhã, quarto grande e silencioso (menos o ar condicionado). Tem lugares para comer e sálao de beleza do lado do hotel. Gostei que tem um táxi para levar pro aeroporto. Café da manhã estava muito gostoso. Então só mesmo o ar condicionado que estava com barulho.

The overall hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The room (which was very reasonably priced) came with a very good buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful, english speaking, stored bags for the day while we toured before our late afternoon flight. One drawback: no hot water. Luckily tap temperature was lukewarm, and staff apologized. It was/is still a great hotel for travelers wanting a close to airport hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in close proximity of the airport. Hotel room was spacious, however very tired. Tap lids were off, bedding seemed to have better days, wastewater in the shower would remain in there for prolonged periods. Wifi- shocking, 1mb speed regardless whether it’s a night or day.

Excellent stay if you’re looking for something close to the airport. Rooms are spacious. Restaurant and room service available. Convenient cab service to take you to the airport and around.

Floors and rooms are small with two very small twin beds

Very nice hotel to layover, near airport..i have used the hotel on several occassions and able to rest comfortable between flights
