The sheets and pillowcases were badly stained

Terrible shower just very basic hotel the gym didn’t have towels, sanitizer or water. Not worth the money.

Shower faucet temperature handle moved while showering from hot to extremely hot. Shower head was not able to move from one setting to the next.

Overall amenities met standards and continental breakfast was nice. Noice level at night was unacceptable- after notifying front desk of children unattended in neighbouring room making a lot of noice, slamming doors and using profanity it took 45 mins for it to be addressed which impacted sleep of parents and children who had to wake for early tournament. Very disappointing.

Buffet style hot Breakfast was great.

It was a fine stay apart from the fact that we booked a king sized bed several months in advance and they gave us 2 queen sized beds because they had no king sized beds left. They over booked and their attitude and way to handle the situation was truly disappointing. Never again.

If you don’t care about views, Rooms are clean, very good breakfast, great staff.

The hotel has been recently renovated so it is new and clean. The hotel was central to the event we were attending and surrounded by restaurants, shopping, etc. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to requests. The breakfast is good and they even provide bagged breakfast for customers on the go. Overall a very good hotel.

Liked clean. The toilet did not flush properly and shampoo dispenser was empty.

Check-in was 3 pm. Room was not ready, waited almost 30 min. We had a king with kitchenette. Layout was terrible. Desk and tv in the middle of room. Can't turn tv to get a good view from either bed or couch. Couch was rock hard. Only one night stand with light and plugs. Total of 2 lamps in the entire room (nightstand and desk).
